What’s included with each cottage?

The following consumable supplies are to help get you started on your vacation. We provide the starter pack, additional supplies are the responsibility of the guest.

• 1 starter roll of toilet paper plus a 2 spare rolls in each bathroom

• 1 roll of paper towel in the kitchen

• 1 garbage bag in each waste can (plus a few spare kitchen garbage bags under the sink)

• 1 hand soap per sink

• 1 liquid dish soap in kitchen

• 1 new dish sponge in kitchen

• Bath towels

• Bedding

Do you allow pets?

Sorry, we do not allow pets. Although we are dog lovers, the extra wear and tear has become prohibitive.

When is check-in and check-out?

Check-in begins at 3pm and check out is 10am.

What is your cancelation policy?

We understand that life happens and things come up that may impact your vacation plans. If you cancel more than 60 days prior to check-in you will receive a 50% refund. No refunds are given if the cancellation occurs less than 60 days before check-in.

Do you offer boat rental?

We do not offer boat rental. However, we welcome you to either bring your own boat and dock it at Brookside or rent from one of the local water sport rental companies. Please notify us if you plan on renting or bringing your boat with you. Kayaks, canoes and paddle boats are provided free of charge.
