+ Can we bring pets?

Unfortunately, none of our properties are pet friendly but we would be happy to suggest a local boarding facility for your pet to vacation during your stay.

+ What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that life happens and things come up that may impact your vacation plans. We are happy to work with you to reschedule your stay whenever possible. If you cancel more than 30 days prior to check-in, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 and 30 days of check-in will receive a 50% refund. No refunds are given if cancellation occurs less than 14 days before check-in.

+ I need to add an extra night to my stay, can I do that?

If a property is not booked before and/or after your dates, it may be possible to add additional night(s) at the beginning or end of your stay. If available, oftentimes we can offer a discount on the additional night(s) so please reach out if that is something you’d like to take advantage of! We do advise that you book the exact dates you need at the time you confirm your reservation so that you don’t miss out, as we cannot guarantee that extra night(s) will be available last minute.
