Welcome to Duck Lake Landing - Located just 10 miles SW of Traverse City, MI this spacious 6+ bedroom, 3 bath family retreat with 130' private, sandy beach front on gorgeous Duck Lake. Green Lake Township (License # PSTR 23-013)
This unique home has incorporated the original 1950's cottage into the large addition; a perfect mix of old meets new. Enjoy all sports Duck Lake's 1,920 acres for boating, skiing, kayaking, fishing or a relaxing pontoon cruise. Duck Lake provides great fishing and all the best nature has to offer!
OUTDOOR EXPERIENCE: Private 140' dock to bring your own boat or rent our pontoon boat! Waterfront is firm and sandy. Gas grill, outdoor seating/dining, firepit with seating, private deck off master suite, volleyball net. Inquire about renting a pontoon boat, kayaks or SUPs!
INDOOR LIVING: 3 living rooms with comfortable seating, large dining table and island with seating, convertible coffee table that adds additional dining space, 3 fireplaces (one located in Master Suite), 3 cable TVs throughout the house, game room including indoor basketball, darts, weight bench, pool/ping pong table, 1 full bath on main floor, 2 full baths upstairs. Sleeps up to 12 guests (see sleeping arrangements below)
KITCHEN: Fully equipped including dishwasher, generous supply of dishware, cookware and cooking basics, pantry with shelving, coffee & cocktail bar area, Keurig & 12 cup coffee pot
PARKING: Large gravel driveway (up to 7 vehicles)
WHAT’S INCLUDED: All bedding, pillows, sheets & towels are included. You will also receive a complimentary starter pack including hand soap, liquid dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom), paper towel (1 roll), garbage bags (1 per trash can, plus a spare roll under kitchen sink), laundry soap pods & dryer sheets. Any needs above and beyond the starter pack are your responsibility.
Firewood can be purchased at numerous roadside stands, grocery stores, convenience stores/gas stations in the area. We do not supply firewood at this time.

Duck Lake is a beautiful deep 1,930 acre all-sports lake located near the village of Interlochen. It is home to one of Michigan’s largest and oldest state campgrounds. Duck Lake is a sister Lake to Green Lake and home to properties owned and utilized by Interlochen’s world famous Center for the Arts.

Located just off the beaten path, yet close enough to everything that Traverse City and the surrounding areas have to offer!

Sleeping Bear Dunes and Lake Michigan are just a short drive from the home. Explore the beachside villages of Frankfort, Empire, Glen Arbor, Beulah. Leelanau County, which boasts fabulous wineries, art galleries, and delicious eateries is also within close proximity. Don't forget to stop at historic Fishtown in Leland to experience an active fishing port on Lake Michigan. Walk along the docks, amongst the weathered fishing shanties, smokehouses, racks of drying fishing nets, and fish tugs on the Leland River, and you can imagine what it would have been like in the early 1900s to live and work in this small fishing village, nestled along the shore of Lake Michigan.
