Serene private lakefront property on an all sports lake with 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, plus water trampoline included!
Executive home on a one-acre beautiful private lot. The house sits several hundred feet from the road to enjoy the peaceful serenity of the 100’ of sandy frontage on all sports 50-acre High Lake. Memorial Day - Labor Day rental includes the 17’ water trampoline, dock, 5 person paddle boat & 14’ row boat & 3 kayaks. SUPs. Snowmobile or cross country ski right from the house. Enjoy the cozy raised firepit at the water's edge. Plenty of outside seating!
OUTDOOR EXPERIENCE: 100’ private lake frontage on all-sports High Lake, large multi-level furnished deck, expansive yard, dock, fire pit with seating, 17’ water trampoline, 5 person paddle boat, 14’ row boat as well as 3 kayaks.
SUPs, kayaks, pontoon boat available to rent.
**Water Trampoline and boats are available from Memorial weekend - Labor Day weekend.**
INDOOR LIVING: Formal main level living room w/ natural fireplace, flat-screen TV, formal main level dining room seats 14 plus dining nook that seats 4, lower level den w/ electric fireplace, flat-screen TV & table for games or cards, 2 full baths upstairs, 1 full bath on lower level, half bath on main floor
KITCHEN: Fully equipped, dishwasher, Keurig & 12 cup coffee maker, cooking basics, Reverse Osmosis purified water tap at kitchen sink, refrigerator dispenses purified water and ice. (Extra refrigerator in garage)
PARKING: Garage (1 vehicle) & large circle driveway (up to 6 vehicles)
WHAT’S INCLUDED: All bedding, pillows, sheets & towels are included. You will also receive a complimentary starter pack including hand soap, liquid dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom), paper towel (1 roll), garbage bags (1 per trash can, plus a spare roll under kitchen sink), laundry soap pods & dryer sheets. Any needs above and beyond the starter pack are your responsibility.
Firewood can be purchased at numerous roadside stands, grocery stores, convenience stores/gas stations in the area. We do not supply firewood at this time.
